Real Estate Campaign Manager

About the role
Staff Pilot is hiring an experienced Real Estate Campaign Manager to work remotely with one of Australia's largest and most respected real estate networks. You'll be placed directly into their campaign team, taking ownership of the behind-the-scenes work that gets properties to market, so their agents can stay focused on clients and selling.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who knows Australian real estate, works to a high standard, and takes pride in getting the details right the first time.

Writing and formatting property ad copy
Preparing brochures, window cards and signboard briefs
Preparing Form 1 and vendor paperwork
Loading and updating open inspection times
Keeping the CRM clean and accurate with ongoing data entry
Running each campaign through the checklist in Monday.com, from listing all the way to settlement

- Confident using Nurture Cloud, or a very similar real estate CRM you can pick up quickly
- Experience loading listings to realestate.com.au and Domain
- Comfortable with Monday.com or similar task-management tools
- Strong written English for ad copy, and clear spoken English for team communication
