Company Profile: A Japanese Manufacturing company expert in manufacturing programmable switches. Position: Manufacturing Control Section Head Company Industry: Manufacturing Work Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Salary: Php 20,000-Php 25,000 Work Schedule: Weekends Off Work Setup: Onsite Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably Industrial)
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Head/Supervisor in manufacturing Industry.
• Proven ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams; highly disciplined and self-motivated to work independently in an onsite setup.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex operational issues and excellent communication skills for reporting to upper management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee daily production activities to consistently meet or exceed output targets and stringent quality benchmarks.
• Formulate, monitor, and adjust production schedules dynamically to align with fluctuating customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Standardize and implement advanced troubleshooting methods to resolve complex manufacturing bottlenecks and minimize downtime.
• Enforce strict adherence to company policies, workplace safety regulations (HSE), and international quality management standards.
• Lead and champion Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and eliminate waste.
