SITE CIVIL / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:
* Filipino citizen
* Graduate of Civil Engineering or related engineering course
* Preferably a PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
* With experience in building structural construction and site supervision
* Knowledgeable in reinforced concrete, rebar, formwork, concrete works, masonry, and structural details
* Must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
* Proficient in AutoCAD (CAD) and capable of preparing or modifying construction/shop drawings
* Able to check actual site conditions, dimensions, elevations, and construction quality
* Good coordination and problem-solving skills
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work on-site
* Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, condominiums, or similar projects is an advantage
Responsibilities
* Supervise and inspect structural works on-site
* Check construction works against approved drawings and specifications
* Monitor workmanship, quality, safety, and construction progress
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, foremen, and other engineering disciplines
* Identify construction problems and propose corrective solutions
* Prepare site reports, inspection records, and other required documentation
