Description - Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project completion on time.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain communication with project managers and clients regarding project status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and issues that may arise during projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 2-5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
