RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transcription: Accurately transcribe meetings, notes, and other documents. Paperwork Preparation: Handle and organize documents for clients and internal use. Client Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations with clients. Weekly Reporting: Prepare and email weekly progress reports. File Management: Keep virtual files up-to-date and well-organized. Task Management: Create and maintain a clear list of ongoing tasks. Social Media: Manage and update social media accounts. General Administrative Tasks: Support daily operations with various admin duties.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Good command of the English language Must be 18 years of age and above A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam

DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS:

Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent is highly required Windows or Mac is acceptable At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available

NETWORK REQUIREMENTS:

10 Mbps DSL or Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed)
