Marketing & Sales Assistant (Part-Time / Remote)

Hi there,

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team and help us build brand awareness through direct outreach to our database of potential clients during Australian business hours, as well as through our social media channels.

The role will involve:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner;
• Booking meetings for our executives to conduct face-to-face appointments;
• Creating and publishing content on our social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook;
• Updating and maintaining our CRM system to track progress and measure key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Learning about our products and services to communicate our value effectively.

To begin with, the position will require approximately 20 hours per week, during Australian business hours.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a determined, committed, and self-motivated individual who possesses:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills;
• Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting;
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.

This is not a particularly complex role, but it is certainly not an easy one. Our team is friendly and easy-going, but we are highly focused on performance, targets, and results.

Sales and marketing require persistence. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with rejection and motivated by the challenge of building relationships and generating opportunities. We are looking for someone who is driven, proactive, and determined to achieve results.
