- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Takes customer orders, provides recommendations, and ensures a positive experience.
- Maintains cleanliness of the bar area, utensils, and equipment.
- Handles cash and processes payments accurately.
- Mixes drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Monitors customers' alcohol consumption and ensures a safe environment.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess relevant certifications (e.g., bartending license).
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g., bottles, kegs).
