Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and reliable Sewers to join our production team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for sewing and assembling swimsuits, activewear, and clothing while maintaining good workmanship and
meeting the required daily production quota.
Key Responsibilities
● Sew and assemble swimsuits, activewear, and other clothing products according to assigned specifications and
patterns.
● Operate sewing machines properly and safely, including single, overlock, and piping machines.
● Perform bartack operations when required.
● Meet the daily production target of 10–12 pieces, depending on the assigned products.
● Ensure that finished pieces meet the required quality and workmanship standards.
● Check sewn pieces for defects, loose stitches, uneven seams, or other quality issues.
● Follow production instructions, measurements, and sewing specifications accurately.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area and sewing equipment.
● Coordinate with the production team to complete orders and meet production deadlines.
● Report machine issues, material shortages, or production concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
● Previous experience as a sewer, tailor, garment worker, or similar role is required.
● Experienced in operating:
○ Single sewing machine
○ Overlock machine
○ Piping machine
○ Bartack machine (preferred but not required)
● Able to meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality.
● Has good attention to detail and workmanship.
● Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work full-time on-site.
● Must have active or valid SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth membership.
