Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- Promote travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance the customer’s journey.
- Handle flight, hotel, and car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Offer personalized destination recommendations, travel tips, and guidance on visa requirements, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, demonstrating empathy and commitment to customer well-being.
