Motorpool Manager

We are looking for a highly-motivated and goal-driven Management Trainee-Motorpool to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for aspiring engineering professionals who re passionate about fleet management, vehicle maintenance and continuous process improvement. Qualificiations: -Bachelor's degree on Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related course and relevant experience At least 1 year of relevant work experience in motorpool. lfeet maintenance, automotive service or related field Fresh graduate with exceptional internship experience may alos be considered Knowledgeable in internal combustion and electric vehicle technology Familiar with preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Goal-drive, highly organized and able to work under pressure Willing to be assigned in Laguna Willing to travel to company sites and project location KEY Responsibilities Support management in daily motorpool and fleet operations monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedule coordinate with supplier and service provider and internal department analyze vehicle performance, maintenance ocsts and fleet utilization ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards can manage a team of mechanics and technicians based on job orders and company direction
