Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to support our Accounting team. The role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related course
- With experience in inventory management or related work (preferred)
- Knowledgeable in inventory systems and basic accounting processes
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams
- Prepare inventory reports for management
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in audit and inventory-related concerns
