Customer Specialist (Medical Field Courses)

Description:
• Answer customer calls, emails, or messages.
○ Provide clear and helpful information.
• Handle customer questions and complaints.
○ Find solutions or direct issues to the right team.
• Assist customers with healthcare benefits, claims, or service requests.
• Update customer information and keep accurate records in the system.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and other departments when needed.
• Follow up with customers to make sure their concerns have been resolved.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience (Medical Courses).
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient nature with a passion for helping others.
