We are looking for a Helper to join our team and provide support across various tasks to assist skilled workers and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The Helper will be involved in physical labor, organizing materials, maintaining clean work environments, and assisting with basic tasks as required.
- Assisting with Manual Labor: Help move, load, and unload materials, tools, or equipment.
- Supporting Skilled Workers: Assist carpenters, electricians, technicians, or other team members by handing tools, preparing workspaces, or performing basic tasks.
- Cleaning and Organizing: Keep work areas tidy and organized by removing debris, storing tools, and ensuring materials are arranged properly.
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that tools and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and ready for use.
- Preparation of Work Areas: Set up workspaces by arranging materials and tools before the start of a project.
- Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
- Performing Additional Tasks: Take on other tasks as directed by supervisors or team leads to ensure project completion.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting, carrying, and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to stay organized and follow instructions accurately.
- Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with others, following instructions and contributing to overall team success.
- Safety Awareness: Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
