Technical Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Instructor . The ideal

candidate will design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training programs

to internal teams, clients, and partners. This role bridges the gap between theory

and practice, ensuring learners gain both conceptual understanding and practical

skills aligned with our tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, labs, and assessments for technical courses aligned with NCS’ services.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences including developers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
• Collaboration: Work closely with partners, clients, solution architects, and client service teams to align training with use cases and client needs.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Assess learner performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Mentorship & Support: Provide guidance and support to learners, fostering a growth mindset and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
• Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academia (e.g., teaching, curriculum
• design) and/or corporate technical training.
• Proven experience in a tech solutioning company or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Javascript and other cloud platforms, programming languages, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design tools is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco, etc.) are advantageous.
