Tax Assistant

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: FRESH GRADUATES!!
1.Assist in the preparation of basic tax returns, including VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), Final Withholding Tax (FWT), and Income Tax, under the guidance of senior staff.
2.Gather, organize, and encode tax-related documents and information needed for tax compliance.
3.Help monitor tax filing deadlines and ensure required documents are submitted on time. 4.Maintain and organize tax files, records, and supporting documents for easy retrieval. 5.Assist in preparing documents required for tax filings, audits, and othercompliance requirements.
6. Learn and apply basic Philippine tax laws, regulations, and company tax procedures.
7.Provide administrative support to the tax team, including filing, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
8.Assist in basic account reconciliations and the preparation of schedulesfor accounting and tax purposes.
9.Coordinate with internal departments to request supporting documentsneeded for tax compliance.
10.Assist with clerical, bookkeeping, and tax-related tasks assigned by the Tax Supervisor, including writing and maintaining the Books of Accounts (BOA).
