- Customer Service Representative: First point of contact at the bar, engaging with guests.
- Drink Specialist: Expert in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Bar Maintenance Keeper: Keeps the bar area clean and organized.
- Inventory Manager (Support Role): Helps monitor stock and restock supplies.
- Cash Handler: Manages billing, tabs, and transactions.
- Drink Preparation & Service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately.
- Follow drink recipes and portion controls.
- Serve drinks in a timely manner, especially during peak hours.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take drink orders and suggest beverages or specials.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to management when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tools, and glassware.
- Ensure bar is fully stocked and organized before and after shifts.
- Monitor alcohol and supply levels.
- Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and placing supply orders if needed.
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage POS systems, open/close tabs, and process payments accurately.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
