Additional Job Requirements
Capable to carry out the following functions:
- Assist in the conduct of labor-related trainings/seminars, in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP-SOLAIR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Subic Bay Freeport Chapter, Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other training providers.
- Assist in the implementation of various programs and activities (i.e. Search for the Ten Outstanding Freeport Workers, Good Corporate Governance Award, Freeport Games and Sports, Labor Matching Congress, Bridging the Gap of Cultural Barriers, River Clean-up, and Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES).
- Assist in the conduct of Employee Orientation Seminar, Work Values, and Pre-Employment Orientation Seminars; and
- Support in the implementation of Quality Management System.
Notes
For plantilla personnel of SBMA and those from government agencies: Must have at least a Very Satisfactory (VS) rating at the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Form for years 2015 and 2016.
For individuals under Contract of Services (CS): Must have at least Very Satisfactory Performance Evaluation System (PES) rating for the periods, January to March 2017, and April to June 2017.
For external applicants: PES and IPCR ratings are not required.
Application Requirements
Qualified and interested applicants are requested to submit the following to the SBMA Human Resource Management Department not later than 4:30 P.M. of the closing date:
- Application Letter addressed to the Chairperson of the Personnel Selection Board, and Comprehensive and updated resume for external applicants; Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) for SBMA personnel and those from other government agencies, indicating Educational Attainment, Work Experience, and Trainings attended for the past ten (10) years for Rank and File applicants, and five (5) years for Executive/Managerial applicants (with inclusive dates) reckoned on the last day of submission of application;
- Photocopy of school Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
- Photocopy of Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis). SBMA personnel need not submit current Certificate of Employment;
- Photocopy of Relevant Training Certificates; and
- Proof of requisite Eligibility/valid Professional License.
Additional Requirements for SBMA Personnel
- Fully accomplished In-House Application Form; and
- Photocopy of Office Order or Memorandum on relevant experience with specific duties and responsibilities.
Additional Requirement for Personnel from other government agencies
- Clearance from current and/or previous government employer/s
