We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about PeopleSoft development and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications / Skillset Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of programming experience using PeopleTools and PeopleCode
- Strong knowledge of Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
- Proficient in SQL and Oracle Database
- Knowledge of DB2 or Mainframe is an advantage
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance component‑level and system‑level applications in the PeopleSoft environment
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle , including:
- Requirements analysis (functional and technical)
- Application design, coding, debugging, and integration
- Testing and quality assurance
- Deployment to test and production environments
- Transition to production support teams
- Maintain and update all relevant documentation and technical artifacts
- Provide inputs and updates for project planning and project management
- Work collaboratively in a team environment under PeopleSoft Support or Development & Maintenance
- Make sound decisions under pressure, even with incomplete information
- Act independently in determining methods and procedures for new or special assignments
