Job Description We are seeking Technical Support Representatives to assist customers with technical issues, provide troubleshooting assistance, and deliver clear solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot internet, software, or account-related technical concerns
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
• Accurately document all issues and resolutions
• Escalate complex technical cases to higher support teams when needed
• Maintain service quality and performance standards

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on technical systems and support processes

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
• At least 1 year BPO experience with Technical Support background
• Must have stable internet connection at home
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
