Production Engineer( Porcelain Enameling Specialist) - Bound to Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and optimize the production line for porcelain enameling on steel, including milling operations, slip application, and high-temperature furnace firing (~850°C).
- Ensure consistent product quality by establishing and monitoring critical process parameters (CPPs) and performing quality tests (adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance, color consistency).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues related to porcelain application, drying, and firing (e.g., peeling, blistering, crazing, color variation).
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to analyze defects, implement corrective actions (CAPA), and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Work closely with the Maintenance department to ensure equipment (mills, spray booths, furnaces) is operating optimally and to plan preventive maintenance.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production line operators and technicians.
- Manage and control inventory of key raw materials.
Job Requirements
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Highly Preferred: Specialized training/certification in Ceramic Engineering, Coating Technology, or Corrosion Science.
