- Consult with clients to understand their skin care goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest skin care trends and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in facials, body services, and hair services
- Qualities and Traits: Strong focus on cleanliness and organization
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow treatment protocols and best practices
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
