Call Center Sales Agent

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Agent who can effectively communicate with customers, identify their needs, and promote company products and services. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into sales.
- Follow up with customers and potential clients.
- Update customer information and sales records.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and customer concerns.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of call center, telesales, or sales experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
