About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for managing, growing, and servicing Motorcycle Retail accounts by building strong relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving renewals, collections, and overall account performance. This role combines relationship management, account servicing, sales, and cross-functional coordination .
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales
- Manage and grow assigned Motorcycle Retail accounts.
- Achieve sales and enrollment targets.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant insurance products .
Account Servicing & Performance
- Monitor account profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company servicing standards.
Account Onboarding & Documentation
- Facilitate onboarding of new accounts.
- Handle contracts and documentary requirements including KYC, DPA, and AMLA compliance .
Sales Tracking & Collections
- Track enrollments, sales performance, billing, and collections.
Claims Coordination
- Coordinate claims follow-through and ensure turnaround times are met.
Renewals & Marketing
- Drive renewal initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams in developing marketing strategies.
Fieldwork & Monitoring
- Conduct regular fieldwork and trade checks.
Planning & Development
- Participate in planning activities and performance appraisal processes (PPA).
- Support staff development where applicable.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in:
- Account Management
- Motor Insurance Sales
- Automotive Sales
- Proven track record in:
- Sales performance
- Cross-selling and upselling
- Customer relationship management
- Experience in:
- Account onboarding
- Contract and documentation management
- Billing and collections
- Marketing background is an advantage.
- Strong skills in:
- Compliance management
- Relationship building
- Fieldwork and account servicing
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to:
- Work in a full onsite setup
- Conduct regular fieldwork
