JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving and obtaining acknowledgment of receipt for demand letters, notices, and summons from clients
- Locating missing or unresponsive clients
- Following company instructions, policies, and procedures
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a high school graduate
- With previous experience as a field collector
- Willing to be assigned outside their home area when necessary
- Owns a registered motorcycle with a valid driver's license
- Skilled in locating hard-to-find or missing clients
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
