Role Overview
Provide frontline support by handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and address customer concerns
- Follow proper procedures and escalate unresolved issues
- Coordinate with supervisors (Tier 3) for issue resolution
- Manage second-level escalations within target timelines
- Attend account and conflict resolution trainings
- Meet scorecard metrics (QA, adherence, hold time, transfers, attendance)
Job Requirements:
- At least Senior High School graduate (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good listening, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Goal-oriented and reliable (good attendance)
- 100% onsite work setup (Paco, Manila)
