As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by overseeing the cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas. You will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping associates, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, cleaning schedules, and special requests.
- Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to Seda Nuvali's high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Training and developing housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
- Addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other departments , such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Implementing and adhering to established policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in developing and implementing departmental goals and strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of room inspections, maintenance requests, and inventory.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping department .
- Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills .
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities .
- Ability to motivate and develop a team .
