- Site Presentation/Housekeeping
- Quality Customer Service
- To carry out servicing of cars in the most professional manner that will lead to customers’ satisfaction.
- To detect vehicles defects based on complaints.
- To repair or rectify car defects
- Know and follow all necessary safety precautions.
- Perform suggestive selling of products at the Lubebay
- Assist customer in setting his accounts and moving vehicle within the area.
- Inventory and maintain issued Lubebay tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Perform all necessary housekeeping tasks in the Lubebay.
- Follow proper work ethics especially in attendance, proper uniform and teamwork.
- Perform other task that may be assigned by his superior from time to time.

- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in vehicle survey and damage assessment, automobile maintenance, test riding/driving, and parts warehouse management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct vehicle inspections, perform maintenance and repairs, manage parts inventory, and assist in test drives.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced garage environment, possible exposure to noise and chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
