Description - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product/service information to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer problems effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years relevant experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, excellent English language proficiency, and familiarity with call center operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
