G ka ba Join the G Nation today! The Channel Distribution Manager will serve as the overall lead in the Distributor Core Work Process. You will act as the link between the company and distributor partners, ensuring sales objectives and KPIs are achieved, while providing business insights and guidance in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution. You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading the Distributor Core Work Process and ensuring all sales KPIs and objectives are met.
- Acting as a business consultant to distributor partners, providing advice on Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution.
- Developing territory strategies, plans, and business programs aligned with regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Leading distributor business reviews, operational meetings, and DSP meetings.
- Collaborating with Distributor Development Managers and Distributor Operations Managers to plan and secure agreement on distributor cycle business plans and weekly KPI tracking.
- Training distributor sales personnel on the skills needed to meet business objectives.
- Reporting directly to the Area Channel Distribution Manager.
- A dynamic, results-driven professional with passion for excellence.
- Someone who can present, influence, organize, and communicate effectively.
- A person with strong problem-solving skills and a performance-driven approach.
- A candidate who is willing to do heavy fieldwork and can thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- 3–5 years of experience in General Trade Sales.
- Understanding of P&L and sales operations.
- Exceptional presentation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise day-to-day account management and ensure KPIs/targets are met.
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the ability to align product offerings to customer benefits.
