Cantonese Customer Resolution Specialist

Position: Cantonese Customer Resolution Specialist Company Industry: BPO Company Work Location: Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete Site. Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule Salary: Php 106,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

  • ️Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
  • ️Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
  • ️Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
  • ️Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
  • ️Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
  • ️Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ️Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet)
  • ️Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

  • ️Assisting customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
  • ️Handling issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets.
  • ️Supporting payment concerns and billing disputes.
  • ️Helping with account access issues (login, verification, security).
  • ️Managing complaints from buyers and sellers.
  • ️Coordinating with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases.
  • ️Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations through email and chat.
  • ️Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • ️Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
