Position:Mandarin Client Services Supervisor Industry: Finance and Banking Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 150,000 Work Set-up: Work onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Fookien and/or Mandarin and English.
- Open to Bachelor’s degree of any year course
- Having at least 5 years of related work experience in retail banking, primarily in a frontline role.
- Having excellent client relationship skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
- Experience in banking, account management, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing or new Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Process account opening, updating, and account review documentation.
- Achieve sales targets through cross-selling banking products and services.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer), customer due diligence, and account verification procedures.
- Translate or facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams when necessary.
- Assist clients with banking inquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Ensure customer records and documents are complete and accurate.
- Monitor customer transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
