E-Commerce Coordinator (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the e-commerce platform with accurate product details, pricing, and images.
• Ensure a seamless, user-friendly customer experience on the website.
• Implement merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and conversions.
• Develop visually engaging collections and landing pages.
• Support catalog operations, including product setup and price management.
• Monitor and optimize search keywords for better discoverability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process orders, shipments, and backorders, while tracking status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, product development).
• Participate in site refreshes, seasonal launches, sales, and promotions.
• Monitor and report on website traffic, sales, and promotional performance.
• Troubleshoot site issues and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms: (e.g., AMAZON, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and web analytics.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Education and Experience: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business, marketing, or information technology is generally preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within e-commerce. Language Ability: • English, Spanish (helpful). Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to communicate clearly via reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers. Overall strong communication and writing skills. Computer Skills: • Essential computer skills in e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel, and understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and project management methodologies. Reasoning Ability: • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
