We are looking for an experienced, analytical Audit Manager to lead internal audit operations, manage risks, and ensure full regulatory compliance! Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila Salary: ₱80,000.00 – ₱100,000.00 / month Job Summary: Oversee the complete internal audit cycle—including risk management and control assessment—to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess the soundness, adequacy, and application of accounting, financial, and operational controls.
- Determine compliance with established policies, rules, regulations, systems, and procedures.
- Verify the reliability of essential accounting, financial, and operational data and reports.
- Evaluate risk exposures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with government laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Ascertain accountability and safeguard company assets against losses.
- Recommend and assist in formulating policies, systems, and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
- Perform related duties assigned by executive leadership.
- Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Trainings: Certified Internal Auditor, BIR Taxation
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail & excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office & SAP
