The ideal candidate will have a broad technical skill set and the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of systems and equipment. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Support emergency repairs and on-call duties as required
