In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge content platforms—including Amplience—and collaborate with cross-functional teams across UX, engineering, and product to deliver high-impact digital solutions across multiple brands and markets.As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how content is structured, integrated, and delivered at scale. You’ll leverage API-driven and headless CMS technologies to power enterprise-level platforms, gaining hands-on experience with emerging tools while deepening your expertise in content systems and integrations. This is an opportunity to contribute to customer-facing digital experiences with real global impact, while continuing to grow your technical skill set in a fast-evolving space.**Where you come in:*** **Content Modeling**: Design and maintain content models and schemas within a headless CMS environment.* **API Integration**: Develop and manage integrations between the CMS and other systems (e-commerce, DAM, personalization engines).* **Automation & Workflows**: Implement scripts and tools to streamline content publishing and approval processes.* **Performance Optimization**: Ensure content delivery is fast, reliable, and aligned with SEO and accessibility standards.* **Collaboration**: Work closely with UX, design, and development teams to translate business requirements into structured content solutions.* **Governance**: Establish best practices for content versioning, localization, and compliance.* **Troubleshooting**: Provide advanced technical support for Amplience-related issues.* While this role is primarily focused on CMS development, there are opportunities to contribute to frontend, backend, and integration work as part of the broader enterprise applications team**What makes you successful:*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in web development, CMS development, or content platforms.* Hands-on experience with any CMS platform (e.g., AEM, Contentful, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.).* Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js* Experience working with APIs and system integrations (RESTful services).* Understanding of headless CMS and API-driven architectures.* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.* Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, design decisions, and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Good understanding of software design principles and ability to apply them in building scalable and maintainable solutions.* Nice-to-have Qualifications: + Experience in in Amplience CMS, including Dynamic Content and Content Hub would be a nice-to-have. + Experience with GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). + Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce). + Experience with personalization and A/B testing tools. + Understanding of SEO and accessibility standards. + Exposure to frontend frameworks (ReactJS, etc).**What you’ll get:*** A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
