We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Sales Assistant to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will leverage various online tools to identify and engage with real estate agents, setting up calls and in-person meetings to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Utilize online research tools to identify potential real estate agents for outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate calls and in-person meetings with targeted agents.
• Maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings with agents.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role .
• Strong proficiency in using CRM software and online research tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
