Credit Review Associate

• Lead and conduct thorough review and validation of client-submitted documents, including identification, proof of income, employment records, billing statements, and other KYC requirements.
• Perform complex backtracking and reassessment of existing client documentation to ensure continued compliance, authenticity, and completeness.
• Execute detailed credit investigations and background checks using internal systems, third-party databases, and verified sources.
• Analyze credit information, financial data, and risk indicators to recommend approval, rejection, or additional clarification for client applications.
• Provide guidance, training, and quality review support to junior credit review associates.
• Collaborate with sales, collections, and support teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of credit evaluations.
• Monitor adherence to company credit policies and regulatory standards, recommending updates or enhancements where needed.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze credit performance and review reports for management decision making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing credit risk mitigation strategies.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and data privacy standards in handling all client and company information.
