We are looking for a highly capable and results-driven Motorpool & Site Engineering Services Lead to oversee facilities, infrastructure, fleet, and support services, ensuring efficient and reliable plant operations.

About the Role

The Motorpool & Site Engineering Services Lead is responsible for the overall planning, organization, leadership, and control of facilities, fleet and motorpool operations, general stores, and site support services. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that support uninterrupted plant performance while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement facilities, fleet, and maintenance plans
• Establish and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Manage buildings, utilities (electrical, mechanical, civil), and infrastructure
• Supervise motorpool operations, vehicle maintenance, and fuel efficiency
• Oversee general stores operations, inventory accuracy, and stock optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage budgets, repair and maintenance costs, and vendor contracts
• Lead, coach, and develop engineering and support teams
• Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, and overall site support services
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across facilities and operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• PRC Licensed Engineer 5–8 years of experience in facilities, site engineering, or plant maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems
• Experience in fleet/motorpool and facilities management
• Background in WTP/WWTP operations is an advantage
• Proven experience in project, budget, and vendor management
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance systems
