Virtual Assistant - Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team in a Remote capacity. This part-time role is perfect for someone who excels in customer service, social media management, and has a knack for building domains. If you are organized, proactive, and have experience with Go High Level software, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries via phone , email , and instant messaging to ensure a positive experience.
- Schedule and set appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and team members.
- Qualify customers by understanding their needs and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Create engaging ads and manage social media content to enhance our online presence.
- Utilize the Go High Level software system to streamline operations and improve customer interactions.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for effective engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Go High Level software or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Knowledge of domain building and website management.
