Voice accounts are also available (subject to availability and business needs). (Account assignment depends on assessment results and operational requirements.) ⸻ Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Full training will be provided. ⸻ No Experience? You Can Apply! If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Iloilo, you already qualify. Examples:

• Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo (SM City Iloilo / Festive Walk)
• Sales Associate at Robinsons Iloilo or SM City Iloilo
• Cashier at Gaisano, Metro Supermarket, or local stores
• Front Desk / Receptionist
• Online seller handling Facebook or chat inquiries

• Senior High School Graduate

• No BPO experience required
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
• Open to shifting schedules
