- We are seeking a reliable Helper to assist with property maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs for rental properties.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property cleaning and upkeep.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Help with tenant move-ins/outs and property inspections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas.
- Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic repair tasks.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
