After-sales Product & Process Issue Management
- Identify and close loop on major on-site product & process non-conformances.
- Target: 0% major product & process risk escape rate.
Technical Support
- Conduct on-site wind turbine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and repair support; ensure wind turbine availability.
- Effectively coordinatewith mid-office and back-office resources to resolve issues andaccumulate problem-solving experience.
Capability Building
- Assist in building the local team's product & process technical capability.
- Document and standardize on-site technical procedures and workflows
Job Requirements
Fresh Graduate / Junior
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical major.
- Good English communication skills (CET-6 / IELTS 6.0 equivalent or above).
- Strong learning agility and desire to grow in the renewable energy industry.
- Willing to work on-site at wind farm projects. Willing to relocate anywhere in Luzon
