Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities - Prepare and process billing, invoices, vouchers, and receipts
- Monitor and record daily financial transactions
- Assist in payroll preparation and government contributions
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
- Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting concerns
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting documents
- Assist during audits and compliance checks
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting systems/software
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
