JOB DESCRIPTION | HR BUSINESS PARTNER
The HR Business Partner will support the organization’s people and business goals by managing Talent Acquisition, recruitment initiatives, and HR programs while building strong relationships with employees, candidates, and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities .
- Partner with business units to understand and address manpower and HR needs .
- Conduct fieldwork, site visits, and recruitment activities as required.
- Develop and create recruitment marketing and employer branding materials using Canva.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives .
- Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide HR support and recommendations aligned with business requirements.
