BPO Call Center Agents Hiring – Makati City | Open to SHS/HS Grads | No Experience Required Are you looking to start your career in the BPO industry? We are currently hiring Call Center Agents in Makati City for multiple accounts. This opportunity is open to:
- Senior High School (SHS) Graduates
- High School Graduates (Old Curriculum)
- College Undergraduates / Fresh Graduates
- Applicants with or without BPO experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
- Maintain professionalism and good communication
- Follow company processes and guidelines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- Good to average English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Willing to work shifting schedules
