Assistant Supervisor

- Assist in supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff and ongoing development for existing team members.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality control and operations management
- Skills and Competencies: Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
