JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs, or any related field. With at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or managerial in the same field. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)) is an advantage. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and lead the purchasing team to meet departmental goals and deadlines. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Monitors reports and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs (BoC), and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). Collaborate with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance. Train and mentor purchasing staff to improve skills and performance.
