In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. As a customer-focused professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our company's reputation. Open Accounts: Retail Account What you'll be doing Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner Provide product and service information to customers Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, even during challenging conversations Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience What we're looking for With or without BPO experience (depends on account) in a customer service or call centre role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries Proficient in English, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and willing to work onsite Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others What we offer At Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', we value our employees and offer competitive compensation, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
