*About The Role:*
Transcom Pasig is urgently hiring 50 Customer Service Representatives for our premium US Electronics Voice Account. Join a global BPO leader and support a leading US electronics brand!
*Compensation Breakdown - Up to ₱24,800:*
- Basic Pay: ₱18,500
- Allowance: ₱2,800
- Performance Incentives: ₱2,500 - ₱3,500
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound inquiries related to US electronics products and services
- Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet quality and performance targets
*Qualifications:*
- At least 6 months BPO experience (voice or non-voice accepted)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
