👋 What are our wishes?

• At least 7 years of experience in a senior developer role

• At least 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems

• Experience in production support, hotfix implementation, and L3 support

• Proven experience developing web-based applications and RESTful web services

• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, XML, and CSS

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and/or Angular

• Proven experience with Azure Cosmos DB

• Proven experience in SharePoint and SPFx application development

• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying Web APIs using .NET Core and C#

• Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or similar

• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Repos/Git, Pipelines) – preferred

• Experience integrating or developing Generative AI agents – preferred

• Experience working with Azure Cloud Services – an advantage

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and YAML – an advantage

• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

• Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps – a plus

• Experience working in a team of five or more members

• Ability to work effectively within large information-based organizations and engage with senior executives across cultures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Design and architect integrated systems that align with enterprise standards and long-term scalability

• Develop and maintain secure, high-quality web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks

• Lead technical design discussions and guide implementation decisions across backend, frontend, and data layers

• Provide L3 production support, resolve critical incidents, and implement stable hotfixes

• Build and enhance SharePoint and SPFx solutions aligned with business needs

• Develop and optimize database solutions across relational and cloud-native platforms

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps and YAML

• Support cloud-native deployments and modernization initiatives within Azure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver predictable outcomes

• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including Generative AI integrations where applicable

• Mentor team members and elevate engineering standards across the team

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.

• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
